We offer 5 different plans through United Healthcare and Neighborhood Health Partnership to accommodate our employees’ various budgets and healthcare needs: Low- and High-HMO’s; 2 POS options; and High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA). Currently, 1-800-PetMeds contributes 60% toward the premium!
Dental
Through Guardian Dental, we offer two options: Prepaid Option (PPO) and Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO). In addition, the Guardian Dental plans offer discounted rates through Davis Vision to help with your vision needs.
Vision
The Guardian Dental plans include a plan that offers contracted and discounted rates through Davis Vision. In addition, the United Healthcare medical plans also offer vision coverage so there are two options to assist with your vision needs.
Supplemental Insurance
Through AFLAC, there are several types of coverage available such as short-term disability, hospitalization, accident, cancer, and life insurance, to name a few.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
We believe that everyone should have “time away” to do what they want or need to do with family, friends, or just because. We provide paid time off in the forms of vacation time, personal/sick time, and corporate holidays.
401(k)
It’s never too early to plan for the future, and for this reason, we offer a 401(k) plan to assist you with retirement planning. Employees are able to contribute up to 65% of their eligible income, and the company will match up to 4% of your contribution. Available to employees 21 years or older and after a year of employment.
Preferred Legal Plan
The Preferred Legal Plan is a licensed legal expense organization providing its members with full service and representation on various types of legal services.
